Absolutely! Most issues can be resolved with remote support, but on-site support is available when hands-on assistance is needed.

Yes! Businesses can utilize DuckIT Support for everyday issues such as employee computer problems, printers, software, connectivity, account access, and general troubleshooting.
Larger projects, ongoing administration, and more advanced environments are handled through DuckIT Business.
Remote support is billed at the standard hourly rate. Even if the fix itself is simple, a minimum of 1 hour is billed. The service also includes reviewing the problem, troubleshooting it, and making sure everything is working properly before the session ends.
Yes! When availability allows, after-hours emergency support is available and is intended for issues that need attention outside normal support times. Emergency support is billed at the current after-hours rate.
If an issue requires specialized repair, replacement hardware, vendor assistance, or another service outside DuckIT’s scope, we’ll explain what we found and help point you toward the best next step.
DuckIT Support focuses primarily on troubleshooting and everyday technology needs for individuals and small businesses.
DuckIT Business focuses on building, managing, and securing business technology environments and supporting those environments.

YES! For organizations, DuckIT can provide ongoing support and technology assistance without requiring the business to maintain a full internal IT department. The exact arrangement depends on your environment and support needs.
General business IT support is currently $125/hour, while professional consulting and engineering work is $150/hour.
Ongoing business support starts at $300/month, and larger projects can be quoted separately.
